There flat micro laser cutting allows for the machining of very small flat parts with a precision and repeatability that traditional mechanical processes cannot achieve.

For the manufacture of orthodontic retention wires, This technology offers decisive advantages:

Ultra-precise cutting of TA6V Grade 5 titanium strips in thicknesses of a few hundred microns
Tool radius between 10 and 20µm, which allows following the wire path to the "micron" level.«
Cut according to your DXF files, the wires are then checked according to our internal sampling plan and individually packaged/identified

We primarily work with TA6V Grade 5 titanium according to ISO 5832-3, but we can also produce retention wires from other materials to suit your needs. Our laser equipment allows us to process wires of varying thicknesses, as it is capable of cutting materials ranging from 2µm to 3mm.
