Il est cependant \u00e0 noter que cette aventure a commenc\u00e9 et a vu le jour gr\u00e2ce l&rsquo;usinage et le micro-usinage par \u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Comme son nom l&rsquo;indique, la <b>technologie d\u2019\u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion<\/b> consiste \u00e0 \u00e9roder de la mati\u00e8re, qui se doit d&rsquo;\u00eatre conductrice, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectriques.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans le cadre de l\u2019\u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion \u00e0 fil, on utilise un fil, majoritairement un fil de laiton, que l&rsquo;on va mettre en tension. On le fait passer soit dans la pi\u00e8ce ou le bloc \u00e0 usiner soit \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour attaquer la d\u00e9coupe par l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Tout ce montage est plong\u00e9 dans un liquide di\u00e9lectrique isolant. Quand le fil, qui est charg\u00e9, arrive presque au contact de la mati\u00e8re, un arc \u00e9lectrique va se cr\u00e9er et ainsi \u00e9roder la mati\u00e8re selon les trajets programm\u00e9s. Tous les m\u00e9taux ferreux et non ferreux conducteurs peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9coup\u00e9s en utilisant cette technologie. Nous utilisons du fil laiton, mais pour certains de vos projets nous pouvons aussi d\u00e9couper avec du fil cuivre, molybd\u00e8ne ou bien encore tungst\u00e8ne.<\/p><p>Cette technologie d\u2019usinage et de d\u00e9coupe par \u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion \u00e0 fil permet, en fonction de vos besoins, d&rsquo;atteindre des pr\u00e9cisions de l&rsquo;ordre de \u00b12\u00b5m et un Ra pouvant descendre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0.2<\/p><h3>D\u00e9coupe et usinage par micro-\u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion \u00e0 fil<\/h3><p>En plus de la d\u00e9coupe au fil standard, nous aimons \u00e0 penser que nous nous distinguons par notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pouvoir r\u00e9aliser de la micro-d\u00e9coupe et du micro-usinage en \u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion \u00e0 fil fin. En utilisant des fils de \u00d80,10mm, \u00d80,07 mm voire de \u00d80,05 mm, nous sommes en mesure de pouvoir r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos demandes les plus sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p><h3>Un parc machine Ce parc machine d\u00e9di\u00e9 nous permet d&rsquo;atteindre des pr\u00e9cisions de \u00b12 \u00b5m et des rugosit\u00e9s Ra jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0,2. Investir dans nos machines, c&rsquo;est investir dans la qualit\u00e9 de vos pi\u00e8ces.<\/p><h3>Fournisseur de grands donneurs d&rsquo;ordres industriels<\/h3><p>Airbus, Thales, Valeo, le CEA, le CNRS, B.Braun, MT Aerospace, Senior Aerospace Ermeto : ces noms figurent dans notre portefeuille clients actif. \u00catre fournisseur de premier rang de groupes comme Airbus Defence and Space ou Thales Alenia Space implique de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des cahiers des charges extr\u00eamement stricts. Ces r\u00e9f\u00e9rences ne s&rsquo;obtiennent pas par hasard. Elles valident notre niveau technique, notre fiabilit\u00e9 et notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 produire des pi\u00e8ces complexes en s\u00e9rie avec une reproductibilit\u00e9 totale.<\/p><h3>100% fabriqu\u00e9 en France, labellis\u00e9 French Fab<\/h3><p>Toutes nos pi\u00e8ces sont usin\u00e9es dans notre atelier de Brindas, dans le Rh\u00f4ne (69). Aucune sous-traitance d\u00e9localis\u00e9e, aucun interm\u00e9diaire opaque : vous savez exactement o\u00f9 et comment vos pi\u00e8ces sont fabriqu\u00e9es.
